TapaoSG does not process, handle, or hold any payment. When you place an order via a link provided by TapaoSG, you are transacting directly with the merchant through the merchant's own payment system. All payment processing is governed solely by the merchant's terms and conditions and the terms of their payment service provider.

TapaoSG accepts no liability for:

• Failed, declined, or erroneous payment transactions
• Incorrect charges, double charges, or unauthorised charges by a merchant or their payment processor
• Disputes between you and a merchant regarding payment, refunds, or order fulfilment
• Loss of funds arising from fraudulent or impersonated merchant QR codes
• Any financial loss arising from use of TapaoSG's service

Refunds and disputes must be raised directly with the merchant. TapaoSG has no authority to issue refunds, intervene in merchant disputes, or compel any merchant to take any action.

Verify before you pay. Always confirm the outlet name, order contents, and total before completing any payment. TapaoSG cannot verify in real time that a QR code links to a legitimate or currently active merchant system.

If you suspect you have been directed to a fraudulent payment page, do not proceed with payment. Contact the merchant directly via their official channels and, if necessary, your bank or card issuer.

TapaoSG collects and uses personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using TapaoSG, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described below.

Data we collect:

• Your Telegram user ID and username (to send notifications)
• Your home MRT station and knock-off time (to personalise suggestions)
• Dietary preferences you voluntarily provide
• QR code submission details you voluntarily submit (outlet name, location, MRT station)

We do not collect: your name, NRIC, financial information, precise location, or any data beyond what you explicitly provide to the bot.

How we use your data: solely to operate the notification service — to send you relevant food outlet suggestions at your configured time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, including merchants listed in the catalogue.

You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by messaging support@fractionalpartners.asia. We will process deletion requests within 10 business days.

Data is stored on servers located in Singapore (Supabase Singapore region) and is encrypted at rest. Our data retention period for inactive users is 12 months, after which data is permanently deleted.

Merchant information on TapaoSG is community-sourced and manually verified to the best of our ability, but we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or currency.

The TapaoSG catalogue is populated through community submissions and our own research. While we verify each submission before it goes live, we cannot guarantee that at any given time:

• An outlet listed is still in operation
• A QR ordering link is active, functional, or links to the correct merchant system
• Menu items, prices, or operating hours displayed are current
• The outlet is accepting takeaway orders
• Any outlet description, cuisine classification, or dietary tag is accurate

TapaoSG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in a commercial relationship with any merchant listed in the catalogue unless explicitly stated. Merchant names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

To report an inaccurate or inactive listing, contact us at support@fractionalpartners.asia. We will investigate and update or remove the listing within 5 business days.

TapaoSG relies on community submissions to grow its catalogue. By submitting a QR code or any content to TapaoSG, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and relates to a legitimate food or beverage outlet in Singapore
• You are not submitting fraudulent, misleading, or malicious QR codes or links
• You have not been compensated by any merchant to submit their listing
• You own or have the right to submit any images you upload

TapaoSG reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to publish any submitted content.

Liability for submissions: BR&V Technology Pte Ltd accepts no liability for harm arising from the submission or use of community-submitted content. Any individual who knowingly submits fraudulent, malicious, or harmful content may be subject to action under applicable Singapore law, including the Computer Misuse Act and the Penal Code.

Feature requests and feedback submitted through the platform are non-confidential and may be used by BR&V Technology Pte Ltd for product development purposes without obligation or compensation.

These terms and disclaimers are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of TapaoSG shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, BR&V Technology Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of TapaoSG, including but not limited to loss of money, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether or not such damages were foreseeable.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BR&V Technology Pte Ltd from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of TapaoSG, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

These disclaimers may be updated at any time. Continued use of TapaoSG following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot.
